Intelligent welding equipment system
The intelligent welding equipment system is composed of robot system, positioning fixture, welding device, water and electricity supply device, control system and other equipment. Taking the intelligent welding equipment system of automobile body as an example, it mainly includes the main line of intelligent welding of body-in-white, the general assembly of the engine compartment. Intelligent automatic production line, front/rear floor assembly intelligent automatic production line, side wall inner/outer panel intelligent automatic welding line and robot intelligent welding workstation, etc.
♦Main line of intelligent welding of body-in-white
The welding main line assembles and welds the lower body assembly, side inner/outer panels, top cover assembly, ventilation hood assembly and other components into a body-in-white.
♦ Engine compartment assembly intelligent automatic production line
Assemble and weld the left/right longitudinal beam assembly, front floor, front longitudinal beam assembly, car headlight mounting bracket and other components.
♦ Front/rear floor assembly intelligent automatic production line
The front floor sub-assemblies are assembled and welded into the front floor assembly through assembly splicing, assembly repair welding, stud welding, etc.; Floor assembly.
♦ Side panel inner/outer board intelligent automatic welding line
The side panel parts of the car are assembled and welded together. Usually, the side enclosure components are symmetrical on the left and right, and the corresponding equipment is also arranged symmetrically on the left and right.
♦ Robot intelligent welding workstation
